you have freshly cleansed skin prior to using. Each mode can only be used once per day on the face and neck. It is recommended to use the three modes in a row each day. Start with the green mode, follow with the blue mode, and lastly the red mode. If
you have skin sensitivities, it is recommended to use once per
week.
